Grape Variety:
Bastardo and Alfrocheiro

Wine Tasting:
Colour: dark cherry. Complex aromas with subtle wooden notes, fruits and wild shrubs.
Engaging fresh taste with remarkable elegance. The presence of Tannins at the end gives classic Casteleja nobility.

Suits and goes with:
Benefits greatly from previous decantation of 1-2h.

A very good gastronomic wine and the ideal accompaniment to delicious Algarvian dishes and sweets like beans stews and fig cake.

Algarve Regional Wine

Grape Variety:
Arinto and Perrum

Wine Tasting:
Colour: citrus with golden accents. Mineral aroma with subtle notes of flowers and toasted oak.

Taste fresh and harmonious with the touch of grapefruit and vanilla.

Serving:
Ready for use, the temperature should be served between 08-10ºC.

A very good gastronomic wine and the ideal accompaniment to delicious Algarvian dishes like seafood and fish.

Ready for use. It should be served at 16 – 18ºC., accompanying dishes of meat and fish.

Alfrocheiro.

Our organic wines can be purchased directly from the Monte da Casteleja shop located on our vineyard. We also provide a selection of regional products and delicacies from the Algarve.

9am – 1pm and 2pm – 6pm
Closed on the weekend
