His father first introduced him to the magic of wine, showing how to carefully serve wine and the differences in wine style. Later Guillaume realised the great potential of Portuguese wines and soon became passionate when he began to discover the richness and complexity of the world of wine during his travels and studies.
Bachelor Degree in Viticulture – Oenology 1990 – Montpellier – France.
Postgraduate in Viticulture – Oenology 1995 – Escola Superior de Biotécnologia do Porto in collaboration with the University Charles Sturt-(Wagga Wagga)- Australia.

Responsible for the project of planting 3 hectars of vineyards on their property for the production of top quality wines, with style and personality.
Aims to recreate the Single Estate Vineyards, combining technology with ancient techniques of making wine (tread on press, maceration with stems, aging in barrels).
